Liminal Shift (prototype)

Trapped in a shifting house, you must determine whether your surroundings are normal or abnormal before it’s too late. Observe carefully, small details could mean the difference between survival and death. Get it right five times in a row to escape. Misjudge, and the unknown will consume you.

How to Play:

1. Start the Game
   • The game begins in a normal version of the house so you can learn what "normal" looks like.
2. Investigate the House
   • Look around and memorize your surroundings.
   • Small changes might indicate an abnormal version of the house.
3. Make Your Decision:
   • If the house feels normal, press E on the bed to go to sleep.
   • If something is abnormal, press E on the car outside to leave.
4. Winning & Losing:
   • Get 5 correct choices in a row to win (not yet implemented)
   • Misidentify an abnormal house as normal and your streak resets (for now)

Controls:

E - Interact

F - Toggle Flashlight

WASD - Movement

Notes

There is no boundaries set in the game, so feel free to explore but try to not fall off the map. (core gameplay happens in the house)
